Ferrite magnetic materials are also called porcelain magnets. Ferrite magnets are mainly composed of iron oxide, barium carbonate or strontium carbonate metal powder.

There are two types of ferrite magnets, isotropic magnets and anisotropic magnets. Ceramic magnets are characterized by good demagnetization resistance and low cost. It is produced by powder metallurgy method, with low remanence and low return permeability.

This material is hard and brittle, the main raw material is oxide, so it is not easy to corrode, the working temperature is -40 degrees to 200 degrees, isotropic sintered ferrite permanent magnet material, the magnetism is weak, but it can be magnetized in different directions; Anisotropic ferrite permanent magnet material has strong magnetism, but it can only be magnetized in a predetermined direction.

Ferrite magnets are widely used in electric meters, speakers, telephones, televisions, generators, motors, meters, sensors, medical equipment, magnetic sports products, etc.
Ferrite magnets are mostly non-standard parts. The shape and size of the magnets are generally processed according to customer needs. If you want to customize the required shape, please feel free to contact us for customized services for your needs.
